A little bit about us..
The Letter Garden opened as an embroidery shop with Etsy in 2012. After growing a customer base and adding a couple of commercial machines our next step was to add a brick and mortar store in Canyon Lake, Texas, a town next to our current location. We had (and still have) wonderful customers there that mean the world to us. Our amazing team ran out of space with lots of new machines and ways to monogram and personalize our products and decided to dedicate our time to online sales. We spend a LOT of time engraving, sublimating, foil printing, embroidering as well as several other embellishing methods, and thought it would be best to use all of our time making instead of managing a store. We closed up our brick and mortar store and built a facility on our land in Fischer, Texas with much more room to work efficiently and adequately house all of our machines. We still have the Etsy shop and would love for you to visit us there and see our products and reviews.

Why is shipping so much?
We use USPS calculated shipping that can add up incorrectly. We always refund shipping overages and only use the actual shipping cost.

Can we combine shipping for mutliple items purchased?
Yes, we combine whenever possible to save your shipping costs. We will refund whenever possible.

Where are you located?
We are located in central Texas. All of our customization and quality assurance is done in our shop.

Is this website secure? Yes, we have a secure website built through Squarespace and our credit processing is done through the very reliable and safe company Stripe. We take special care of our customers keeping all of their information private and secure.

What if I make a mistake with my order and give the wrong initials?
We strongly encourage you to call or email us as immediately. We process our orders as soon as possible (usually the same day or the next day).
